Magic

A character must have the Dabbler feat or Student of Wizardry class feature to take ranks in these skills. These skills cost three skill points for one rank, unless the skill is being bought with a level of Wizard. If a character has no Wizard levels, then the rank maximum is that of a Cross-Class skill from core 3.5.

Psionic

One must have the Psychic Mastery class feature or Wild Talent feat to take ranks in these skills. These skills cost three skill points for one rank, unless the skill is being bought with a level of Psychic. If a character has no Psychic levels, then the rank maximum is that of a Cross-Class skill from core 3.5. Also, all skills are Trained only and you can neither take 10 nor 20 on any of them.

All listed DC’s raise by 5. All listed ranges increase by 5 on both ends.
